We acknowledge every message within a few days, and a detailed reply usually arrives within seven days at most. Messages that include sources or photos for publication may take longer to review.
No, every item is reviewed for historical accuracy, respect for privacy and suitability for the site's cultural character. What is published carries its author's name (if they wish) or remains anonymous on request.

Send a reasonably sized copy and indicate the rights holder. We place a name/source credit under each image, and it is not used outside the site's cultural scope.
